The blues licks of the legends, slowed down and in your hands.

The sound you love has a few moves behind it. In seven free video lessons Marty shows you the hammer-on and pull-off phrasing and the sour bends inspired by Eric Clapton, the sweet major-over-minor sound in the style of B.B. King, and the big Texas bends inspired by Stevie Ray Vaughan, each over a jam track. The Scales & Soloing Strategies ebook comes with them: every scale on the neck and when to use it.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The seven lessons and the ebook cost nothing and there is no card to enter. The ebook is yours to keep: read it on screen, save it or print it.

Is it for beginners?

You should know one minor pentatonic box. The first lesson is a beginner lick; the rest are intermediate, slowed down and played over a jam track so you can follow.

Do I need to read music?

No. Every lick is shown on the fretboard, close up, and the ebook draws every scale as a diagram with the fret numbers.

Is it for acoustic or electric?

The licks were written on an electric, where the bends are easier, but every one works on an acoustic too.
